Overview:
Echelon Equity is a pioneer in the real estate blockchain space and proposes to offer the first fully automated real estate transaction platform. Echelon is currently seeking pre-seed/seed funding to develop a minimal viable product (MVP) proof-of-concept blockchain real estate dApp to perform fully automated real estate transactions on a pilot cohort of our luxury clients.

Funding Ask:
pre-seed: 3-6 months to develop and deploy an MVP, ~50-100k
seed: 12 months+ to scale up the dApp, DeFi tools, and team (800k - 4mil)

Background:
Real estate transactions are complicated, and a successful deal requires the interaction of several intermediaries and documents. We'd like to test whether a blockchain protocol can help speedup and improve the efficiency of performing real estate deals with near automated capability. The protocol will involve a streamlined architecture and system of smart contracts on a given blockchain (Ethereum). For example, our partners utilize a transaction management system to perform deals, but the process is still very cumbersome and and involves the approval of many third parties to close a deal. In addition, the realtor/broker, title company, and financial institution use their own centralized proprietary software that isn’t transparent to all. Our solution is a fully digitized blockchain SaaS product that brings all these mechanisms onto a single chain and single user interface via a system of smart contracts. Using a seamless platform, both clients and vendors can access and interact with in-progress deals in real time with a highly secure, fast and effective platform.​
