Seeking investment to scale our profitable event venue into a network of premium locations, capitalizing on high demand and replicating our successful model.
Artistic Décor Venue Inc. is currently a leader in the boutique event space in the Toronto area. Since 2019, the venue has hosted over 300 events and generated over $750,000 in revenue and was self funded by the owner. Despite several challenging years navigating through COVID, the business continued to grow and was featured in many notable publications. Venue was founded by Guylaine ‘Elaine’ Adelson, a University of Toronto 2009 Commerce graduate. Elaine has over 10 years in professional Sales & Marketing and Project Management experience in top Fortune 500 companies such as Microsoft and Nestle.
With the wedding industry estimated to be worth more than $2 billion in Ontario alone*, we are looking to secure funding to expand our market share by opening a multiple room event spaces that can accommodate small events from 30 people to larger events up to 300 people. The venue location will be in Toronto at 2650 St Clair Ave West and 66 Jutland Rd. Both newly renovated luxury building with clay brick exterior, arched bay windows, sunroof, impressive staircase and 2 storey modern layout by premier builder Dunpar Homes. Jutland rd lease (5,000 sqft) has been secured for 5 years and St Clair Ave West (32,000 sqft) lease has been secured on a month to month basis and will be upgraded to a longer term lease once funding is secured. (Dunpar Homes can build layout depending on lease agreement). Our current website traffic per year is over 13K visits of which 11% converts into leads (1,500). Since one event space can hold max 150 events per year, we strongly believe we have the demand to fill a multi-room event space meeting event inquiries from 30 people to 300 people. Investment funding will mainly be used for Marketing, event furniture and new employment. Team member will include 3 published Event Planners to ensure a strong start and quality event vendors relationship.
